February 2023 Multidisciplinary Data Collection Campaign

In February 2023 the TRACK team conducted a coordinated multidisciplinary data collection campaign on a long distance, inter-city train to: identify relationships and significant trends between data sets and assist in the validation of models.

The data collected included: Environmental (surface and air) sampling, CCTV imagery to record frequent touch areas, frequencies and behaviour patterns, and a large passenger survey to record public attitudes and demographics and travel behaviours and preferences.
